5+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience. Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with large professional services organizations. Deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes, security requirements, and legal negotiations. Proficiency in solution selling and account-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED). Experience selling into the AEC industry or adjacent markets (PropTech & ConTech) is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Existing network/relationships within the AEC industry is preferred. Experience working with channel partnerships is preferred.
