Requirements:
5+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience. Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with large professional services organizations. Deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes, security requirements, and legal negotiations. Proficiency in solution selling and account-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED). Experience selling into the AEC industry or adjacent markets (PropTech & ConTech) is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Existing network/relationships within the AEC industry is preferred. Experience working with channel partnerships is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans. Establish and nurture relationships with C-Suite stakeholders. Lead complex sales cycles involving RFP responses and security reviews. Negotiate complex enterprise contracts. Represent Joist AI at industry conferences.
