Recognizes the importance of hiring a diverse team and can implement strategies for success. Enjoys tough searches and recognizes the impact of great hiring. Comfortable using data to improve processes and communicate progress. Curious and commercially minded, wanting to learn about the business and the 'why' behind hires.

Own the full hiring lifecycle for all GTM and commercial hires from sourcing through to close. Partner with hiring managers in Sales and Marketing orgs. Plan and execute initiatives to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency. Implement strategies to ensure a diverse team is hired across the board.
