At least 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a mix of agency and high-growth in-house recruiting Strong track record hiring for GTM roles (sales, success, partnerships, marketing) in a startup or scale-up environment Proven experience working fully remote and thriving in a distributed, asynchronous team culture Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience handling senior leaders and complex requirements Deep hands-on expertise with Ashby (ATS) A technical mindset: comfortable with systems, processes, and data A proactive, independent, and self-motivated approach A growth mindset, resilience, and adaptability Strong communication skills and fluent English, written and spoken
