Requirements:
5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the cybersecurity industry. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST. Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel programs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Experience with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms). Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Security.
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with key personnel at Trusted Service Providers (TSDs) to obtain referrals. Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic Trusted Advisors to drive sales activity. Deliver partner enablement training sessions. Collaborate with partners to drive pipeline growth, close deals, and achieve revenue targets. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders. Meet KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track partner performance. Attend partner events, industry trade shows, and security-related conferences. Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to align channel strategy.
