Support Microsoft licensing requests across Microsoft 365, Azure, Commercial, GCC, GCC High, and Azure Government environments.
Align quote recommendations to customer requirements, contract terms, and pricing guidance.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage quotes from request through order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of customers, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.
Track open quotes and order status to ensure timely completion.
Respond to licensing inquiries and route expansion opportunities to the appropriate sales resource.
