  • Previous customer success experience is preferred.

  • Collaborate with Senior Paid Social Manager and internal teams to enhance brand awareness through paid influencer strategies.
  • Independently execute and optimize paid influencer campaigns within social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
  • Monitor campaign performance to achieve KPI goals within budget and recommend optimizations based on data.
  • Compile and share routine performance reports with insights and recommended tests.
  • Troubleshoot influencer and brand account connection issues.
