🔍 Social Media Management and Influencer Marketing
- 3+ years of relevant experience activating paid Meta and TikTok campaigns.
- 2+ years of experience specifically activating paid influencer campaigns.
- Additional experience activating paid influencer campaigns on YouTube is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage time across projects.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of the creator industry and emerging trends.
- Previous customer success experience is preferred.
- Collaborate with Senior Paid Social Manager and internal teams to enhance brand awareness through paid influencer strategies.
- Independently execute and optimize paid influencer campaigns within social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
- Monitor campaign performance to achieve KPI goals within budget and recommend optimizations based on data.
- Compile and share routine performance reports with insights and recommended tests.
- Troubleshoot influencer and brand account connection issues.
