Own and lead the renewals lifecycle for MSP-MSSP customers. Engage stakeholders to identify contract requirements and resolve roadblocks. Craft proposals, negotiate terms, and navigate procurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance). Identify, escalate, and forecast at-risk opportunities to minimize churn. Identify and create cross-sell opportunities for revenue growth. Close multi-year renewals to mitigate revenue risk. Help develop and optimize renewals program processes and playbooks. Innovate and refine the customer renewal experience. Utilize Salesforce, Gong, and other CRM platforms.
