Requirements:
2+ years of customer success, account management, or partner-facing experience, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners. Guide partners through onboarding for new customer deployments. Track customer usage, adoption metrics, and health indicators. Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partners. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and coordinate renewals. Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within partner portfolio. Improve partner experience and streamline workflows. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
