- Develop pathways to monitor and analyze State and Federal regulations impacting employee benefits.
- Create summary communications of regulatory actions for internal and external customer education.
- Serve as a liaison with external employee benefit legal resources for regulatory clarifications.
- Lead the development of technical tools, visual aids, and presentations for Benefit service teams.
- Maintain oversight of internal compliance resource systems.
- Respond to internal and external customer compliance inquiries.
- Establish standards for workflows and service team education in partnership with operations.
- Provide compliance-related training to new and ongoing benefit service team members.
