Requirements:
History of closing five-figure and six-figure gifts. Experience meeting or exceeding increasing fundraising goals. Experience building relationships for increased gifts. Experience growing a donor base at a new organization is a plus. Past fundraising experience with education-related causes. Work experience within a fast-growing organization is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Create and own a portfolio of major gift donors (identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, renewal). Build and run a mid-level giving program to strengthen the donor pipeline. Serve as a representative of Primer to donors and community members, building relationships and attending events. Manage stakeholder communications to increase awareness, engagement, gift renewals, and increased gifts.
