Engineering at Spring Health

You will build innovative solutions in a secure, compliant environment, owning the full technology stack. We leverage AI to enhance mental health care, not replace it, through intelligent intake, personalized recommendations, and clinical decision support. Our proprietary integrated technology stack ensures connected experiences for members, providers, and employers. We utilize Flutter, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, HTML5, CSS 3, Ruby, and GraphQL to process data and drive measurement-based care, all within a SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA, and GDPR-compliant infrastructure. You will solve challenging problems to bring mental healthcare to everyone.
