Drive and create channel-focused initiatives impacting partner experience and profitability Lead and monitor monthly/quarterly channel forecast and pipeline reviews, QBRs, and e-staff meetings Lead process design, systems, and tools to support the scaling channel team Drive cross-functional initiatives to integrate channel policies with other teams (sales, marketing, product) Measure and analyze channel organization efficiency to increase productivity and performance Ensure channel processes, programs, and policies are drafted, managed, and implemented effectively Understand channel director comp/quota plans and annual budget requests Help manage the partner portal and partner help center, providing troubleshooting support Drive efficiency projects and reporting to scale the business internally and with partners Advance workstreams independently by anticipating needs and applying self-direction
