- Partner with the Enterprise Sales team to bring better networks to more customers.
- Lead technical discovery calls to understand customer pain points.
- Deliver world-class demonstrations that inspire and get buy-in across multiple stakeholders.
- Build solutions, remove obstacles, and close deals with customers and partners.
- Partner directly with Account Executives to create urgency and drive deals forward.
- Create new internal training, design assets for Sales, and standardize approaches to complex technical use cases.
- Collect customer feedback from complex deployments and translate requirements to the Product team.
- Influence the hardware and software product roadmap with customer feedback.
