  • Ideally completed standard industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CWNA, CWDP, CWSP, CWDE, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIE, Network+, Security+
  • Proven success as a high performing SE at high growth companies

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Enterprise Sales team to bring better networks to more customers.
  • Lead technical discovery calls to understand customer pain points.
  • Deliver world-class demonstrations that inspire and get buy-in across multiple stakeholders.
  • Build solutions, remove obstacles, and close deals with customers and partners.
  • Partner directly with Account Executives to create urgency and drive deals forward.
  • Create new internal training, design assets for Sales, and standardize approaches to complex technical use cases.
  • Collect customer feedback from complex deployments and translate requirements to the Product team.
  • Influence the hardware and software product roadmap with customer feedback.
