Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B software sales with 4+ years managing quota-carrying AEs.
  • Direct experience selling into Fortune 500 accounts with deal sizes $250K+ ACV.
  • Track record managing teams that consistently achieve or exceed $3M-$5M+ annual bookings targets.
  • Expertise in consultative, complex sales cycles (6+ months) involving technical validation and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach on business case development and strategic positioning.
  • Strong technical fluency to engage with CTOs and enterprise architects.
  • Proven experience with strategic account planning for complex enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop 4 Account Executives focused on enterprise transformation.
  • Collaborate with Solutions team leadership to refine unified sales motions and resource allocation.
  • Build team capability in consultative selling, executive engagement, and navigating procurement.
  • Develop ADRs in account intelligence operations and pipeline generation activities.
  • Own the commercial pipeline to ensure adequate coverage and accurate forecasting.
  • Develop account strategies for 50-75 named Fortune 500 target accounts.
  • Support AEs in C-suite engagement and high-value negotiations.
  • Partner with Marketing and Partnership leads on account-based campaigns and channel strategy.
