Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams in electrical infrastructure, power distribution, energy, or adjacent capital-intensive industries.
  • Proven track record of scaling high-performing teams and managing 7-8 figure complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Deep expertise in the Commercial and Industrial ecosystem, including EPCs, GCs, electrical contractors, and consulting engineers.
  • Technical depth in electrical infrastructure, including transformers, switchgear, switchboards, and power distribution equipment.
  • Understanding of power infrastructure design, redundancy architectures, and power distribution topologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or SFDC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings, site visits, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives covering the Commercial & Industrial market.
  • Set individual and team quotas, define territory assignments, and drive a culture of accountability.
  • Coach AEs on complex deal strategy, pricing discipline, pipeline management, and stakeholder navigation.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for C&I EPCs, GCs, and enterprise Owners.
  • Engage directly in strategic, complex, or executive-level deals to support AEs and accelerate closure.
  • Represent Giga at industry conferences and events to build brand and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to advance complex opportunities and provide market feedback.
