Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling complex professional services such as digital transformation, systems integration, or technology consulting.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals, specifically engagements of $2M or more.
  • Strong deal discipline and ability to maintain accurate forecast ownership.
  • Executive presence with the ability to build trust with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, long-cycle pursuits from end to end.
  • Ability to align internal teams, technology partners, and client stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-starter mentality with strategic judgment and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Experience collaborating with technology partners or ecosystems (Adobe experience is a plus).
  • Understanding of enterprise transformation topics.

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales engagements focused on systems integration, AI-enabled solutions, and large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Originate and lead pursuit of $2M+ opportunities through proactive prospecting, partner collaboration, and executive relationship building.
  • Shape deal strategy across complex buying committees and navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate proposal development and pitches across strategy, experience, creative, engineering, data, and delivery practices.
  • Serve as executive sponsor on strategic client engagements to ensure senior alignment.
  • Represent the agency by producing thought leadership content such as articles, speaking engagements, and webinars.
  • Operate with autonomy to build pipeline and drive growth.
