5+ years of digital advertising experience, ideally working at a DSP, SSP or publisher Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Strong technical knowledge and communication skills Experience with oRTB, programmatic buying, header bidding, ad servers, and rich media Comfort working with logs, reporting tools, and basic diagnostics Track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in business, a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
