- Support Level 1 IT/HR helpdesk functions and act as a Subject Matter Expert for daily operations.
- Manage employee records via the proprietary platform, including onboarding, status changes, and terminations.
- Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals.
- Communicate effectively with professionals and customers to resolve queries via email, phone, and chat.
- Coordinate with internal Centers of Excellence and external service providers.
- Assist with payroll data preparation and perform data audits to ensure accurate payments.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain standard operating procedures.
