Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and engage with benefits brokers Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with benefits brokers Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations Negotiate and close sales agreements Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ products Continuously update knowledge of the benefits placement solution Partner with cross-functional teams Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
