Sr. Director, Market Expansion

6-8+ years healthcare experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid market expansion strategy Demonstrated experience managing and leading expansion processes for Medicare and/or Medicaid products and/or care delivery solutions Specific experience with state and federal application processes (e.g., RFPs) Ability to lead with influence with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to navigate ambiguity Strong communicator

Design and execute a market expansion strategy Maintain a state-by-state market PACE landscape map Collaborate to determine market prioritization Create and maintain state-specific key stakeholder maps Provide status reporting of market entry Oversee state and federal RFP and/or application preparation and submission Represent Habitat Health in external stakeholder meetings Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on market-entry strategies
