- Support new market launches on the ground, working with local teams and cross-functional partners to stand up Growth operations
- Develop and maintain the new market launch playbook into a repeatable framework and project plan
- Drive operational enablement across the Growth team, including supporting new program rollouts and resource and workflow optimization
- Gather and implement feedback from Growth Operations to translate frontline input into concrete process improvements
- Support regular reporting and performance tracking to monitor process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate across the organization to align launch and enablement work with broader growth priorities
- Facilitate cross-functional and external stakeholder engagement to drive progress against key initiatives
