- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26).
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress.
- Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
- Participate in regular interdisciplinary consultation to enhance clinical skills.
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with specialty providers, family members, and outside specialists as needed.
