Requirements:

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Experience delivering evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, play therapy, and PMT.
• Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth setting.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively.
• Openness to feedback and a supportive environment.
• Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.
• Available to work a minimum of 15 patient-facing hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans.
• Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial assessments.
• Establish positive relationships with patients.
• Collaborate with specialty providers to create integrated treatment plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain thorough records.
• Involve and advise family members or specialists when appropriate.
