Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, public health, or science strongly preferred 10+ years of biotech/pharma or consulting experience with recent hands-on focus in U.S. market access Direct launch experience in both rare and common disease indications Prior work with Medicaid-heavy and Medicare-heavy assets is essential Demonstrated strength in building market access infrastructure Strong analytical and strategic chops Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Own and execute U.S. pricing strategy Develop actionable contracting strategies Drive HEOR and value story development Lead key Market Access governance processes Develop foundational payer engagement tools Conduct and synthesize competitive and policy intelligence Serve as Market Access lead on cross-functional workstreams
