Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and software solutions. Provide leadership in the strategy, adoption, and practical application of AI-enabled tools. Establish and maintain relationships with software vendors. Own business systems end-to-end, including administration, configuration, and optimization. Lead and execute the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new systems. Design, build, and maintain integrations for seamless data flow. Execute system upgrades, enhancements, and testing schedules. Develop SOPs, job aids, and best practices; provide training and user support. Maintain data integrity, security roles, access controls, and compliance standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party IT providers. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor system health. Partner to design and launch client-facing IT/systems services. Establish KPIs to measure client satisfaction, efficiency gains, and revenue impact. Provide leadership and strategic direction for the function as it scales. Establish and lead an IT committee. Act as a trusted advisor on financial and business systems.
