Proven 3-5 years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, or partner marketing Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (RSIs, GSIs, Hyperscalers, Tech Alliances) Experience with sales and solution enablement frameworks (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN) Exceptional program and project management skills Excellent presentation, storytelling, and facilitation capabilities Strong analytical mindset Collaborative and adaptable, with a partner-first and outcome-driven mindset
