Senior Enablement Manager

5+ years of work experience in learning & development and/or enablement. At least 1+ year of experience working in remote or hybrid environments. 3+ years of people management experience. Deep expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design. Expert with content management software (e.g., Notion, Guru) and learning management software (e.g., Docebo, Articulate 360). Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Execute talent management strategy through enablement initiatives. Design and direct scalable remote-learning programs and content strategies. Set direction for enablement content and knowledge systems. Lead and develop a specialized team for a unified enablement strategy. Create effective ways of working with Product and cross-functional partners. Motivate and influence the team to embrace a strong learning culture.
