Own Onboarding & Ramp for BDRs (30/60/90-day programs). Coach for Performance (training, live call coaching, objection handling). Scale a Coaching Culture. Build Scalable Programs (playbooks, call libraries, certifications). Drive Pipeline Readiness (align enablement to sales stages and campaigns). Partner Across Revenue (Marketing, Product, RevOps, Sales). Support Career Pathing (bridges from BDR to AE roles). Analyze and Improve programs using data and feedback.
