- Own Lyric deployment workstreams end-to-end, from planning through go-live
- Run meetings and manage the project plan independently, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and status
- Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Lead structured UAT and drive adoption of Lyric solutions for our customers
- Train and enable customer teams, including engineers and experienced operators, to adopt Lyric’s platform effectively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users through go-live and into steady-state monitoring
- Partner closely with Lyric's technical delivery team to translate business needs into the platform build
