Utilize data and tech stack (Gainsight, Salesforce/SFDC, Gong) to drive product adoption, renewal, and expansion.
Drive successful business reviews with clients and manage assigned OKRs.
Own client success planning including discovery, goal synthesis, and renewal strategy.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to align resources with client needs.

Engineering at Newsela
As an engineer at Newsela, you will solve complex challenges in EdTech, building AI-powered learning experiences. We ship full-stack features with measurable product impact across frontend, backend, and data. You will work on robust cloud-based back-end services, internal LLMs, and third-party AI tools. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python, leveraging WebdriverIO and Playwright for test automation. We optimize and enhance our AWS infrastructure using tools like Terraform, ECS, RDS/Aurora, SES, SQS/SNS for performance and scalability. You will contribute to technical discussions and shape practical, scalable solutions. We are AI-native, with coding agents like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot integrated into daily workflows, and we push the boundaries of agentic development.
