Native Italian language skills (C1/C2). Sales mindset and initiative. Strong communication skills. Experience in sales or customer service (advantageous). Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
Responsibilities:
Manage sales and customer success from first consultation to long-term support. Advise parents and students, recommend optimal learning solutions, and find suitable tutors. Generate deals, get families excited about tutoring packages, and conclude contracts. Build customer loyalty, manage customer base, and optimize learning experience. Increase sales through upselling and promote referrals.
