Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 5 years field (outside) sales experience with demonstrated improvement in sales year over year. Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a Regional Leadership position. Dealer network knowledge base highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven analytical skills and experience with CRM tools. Must reside within the West Region (AZ, CA, WA, OR, CO, MT, WY, UT, NM, NV). Willingness to travel extensively within the region (at least 50-60% travel).
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Sales Managers within the West Region. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Western region. Assist Company and Regional Managers in securing new Retail locations. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers. Compile company statistics and evaluate sales performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product presentations and training. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports. Conduct training sessions to elevate team skills.
