Address customer complaints and service-related issues promptly
Schedule and coordinate service calls including plumbing, flooring, and wall repairs
Manage schedules of 10+ Service Technicians across the nation
Create work orders for materials and completed work
Maintain communication with Senior Services Manager, Senior Production Manager and Technicians
Update data and notes in scheduling software
Upload service tickets and photos into Salesforce
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors
Take escalated customer calls
