Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing Marketing and Lead Generation teams.
• Experience leading multi-site marketing strategies.
• Proficient in Traditional Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, and Contact Centers.
• Proven ability to create and deliver successful direct response marketing campaigns.
• Previous experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for communicating Marketing's role and vision within the organization.
• Lead local marketing, contact center, and field marketing teams.
• Collaborate with executives on monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budget plans.
• Provide comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and lead generation.
• Innovate field marketing technology systems for improved outcomes.
• Aim to exceed sales projections while managing budgets effectively.
• Evaluate performance against projections frequently and adjust strategies.
• Work with sales leadership to maintain a high volume of quality appointments.
• Develop a robust digital lead generation strategy.
