- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline through executive relationships, market intelligence, and prospecting.
- Create account-specific strategies for priority health plans, including relationship maps and solution alignment.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery and solution development through contract execution.
- Serve as the commercial growth leader for an assigned portfolio of existing health plan clients to drive cross-sells and upsells.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams including Account Management, Product, and Marketing.
