Lead, participate in, and provide support on People Operations functions from pre-employment to post-employment. Prepare EEOC and other agency responses. Negotiate, draft, and implement policies, procedures, agreements, and written guidelines regarding employment practices. Assist in designing and implementing training for managers and employees regarding employment practices, policies, benefits, and procedures. Conduct or advise on internal investigations, investigation reporting, and analyzing trends. Provide preventive, proactive legal advice on global labor and employment law. Manage and/or support various complex and sensitive projects.
