Advise on all aspects of employment law (discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, etc.) Ensure company-wide compliance with employment laws and regulations Manage and advise on employee relations matters and internal investigations Draft, review, and maintain employment documents and templates Collaborate with HR to develop, implement, and update employee policies and training Advise on performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions Oversee and manage employment-related litigation and disputes Partner with regulatory counsel and HR on ERISA compliance and benefits plans
