Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 8+ years of employment law experience Direct experience advising healthcare organizations, provider groups, hospital systems, or telehealth companies Strong understanding of federal and state employment statutes (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, state labor laws) Proven experience supporting HR teams and advising on employee relations, investigations, and workforce compliance Exceptional drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills
