- Support U.S. tax compliance and global tax accounting and reporting.
- Assist with preparing quarterly and annual worldwide tax provisions.
- Apply ASC 740 income tax reporting guidance to determine appropriate U.S. GAAP accounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable models for recording the quarterly financial statement impact of tax positions.
- Assist with preparing and reviewing tax sections and footnote disclosures for SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports.
- Prepare tax provision analytics for management and external auditors.
- Research and monitor changes in federal, state, and international tax law and income tax accounting.
- Implement process improvements and use automation, AI, and data-driven processes to improve tax calculations and workflows.
- Support income tax accounting for transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions.
- Support tax audits, assessments, and controversies by preparing documentation, responding to queries, and coordinating with tax authorities and external advisors.
