- Provide legal advice and support on capital markets transactions for a wide range of domestic and international issuers and debt, equity and equity-linked products.
- Draft, amend, review and advise on a broad range of pre-transaction and transaction documents.
- Advise business units, legal teams and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively with internal legal teams, associates, partners, bankers, business stakeholders and external counsel.
- Support due diligence reviews, disclosure analysis, transaction risk assessments and securities law considerations.
