Corporate Counsel

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar 5-8 years experience implementing privacy programs Experience drafting privacy documents Experience negotiating complex software, SaaS, and consulting services contracts involving security, privacy, and IP issues Experience with GDPR, CCPA, DORA, EU AI Act, and other global data privacy and security regulations Strong understanding of standard contract language related to SaaS and AI tools Experience negotiating SaaS and AI tool terms Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing Strong attention to detail Ability to demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliverables Comfort operating in a fast-moving and fast-changing environment

Develop, update and maintain privacy and data protection documentation Serve as subject matter expert for customer/vendor privacy and data protection contract negotiations Handle general contract inquiries and assist sales teams Review and negotiate contracts for compliance with Juniper Square requirements Lead legal review for SaaS and AI vendors Coordinate with outside counsel for privacy projects Enter, update, and report on data in contract management tools Assist with contract processes, including form and playbook development Perform other related duties as assigned
