Corporate Counsel

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction. Up to 5 years of experience in a corporate compliance or legal environment (including internships or clerkships). Strong analytical and research skills with ability to interpret and apply legal principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in contract negotiation and drafting. Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance issues. Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis). Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems effectively.

Review, draft, and negotiate agreements (vendor, client, data privacy, service, and NDAs). Execute redlines and recommend strategic approaches to secure favorable positions. Suggest and implement process improvements within the legal function. Develop and deliver mini-trainings on compliance topics for internal stakeholders. Build strong relationships as a trusted legal advisor to internal teams. Ensure timely contract reviews and adherence to service-level agreements.
