- Own a portfolio of mid-sized events aligned to demand generation and category priorities.
- Evaluate and recommend events based on ROI, audience relevance, and competitive landscape.
- Partner with Category Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Account management to define goals and messaging.
- Lead end-to-end execution of tradeshows including booth design, fabrication, AV, and logistics.
- Manage vendors, agencies, contracts, and delivery against brand standards.
- Build and manage detailed Run of Show documentation and lead on-site execution.
- Own and scale the Booth-in-a-Box logistics and inventory systems.
- Build and manage budgets for mid-sized events and manage variances.
