Strong grasp of funnel metrics, data interpretation, and optimization strategies. Experience working cross-functionally with sales, design, product, and people teams. A bias for testing, iterating, and moving fast. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in B2B SaaS or a GTM org. Managed marketing support for recruiting initiatives, employer brand, or job boards. Familiarity with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Unbounce, or Seamless.AI.
