Requirements:
8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with proven success driving pipeline. Meaningful experience in land and expand strategies. Strong expertise in paid digital media strategy (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, retargeting). Hands-on experience crafting and executing ABM strategies, leveraging data for decision making. Deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and pipeline reporting. Experience managing and scaling teams with strong coaching and mentorship skills. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Own planning and execution of full-funnel demand generation programs with focus on digital and direct mail ABM, and paid digital. Build targeted ABM plays in partnership with sales using data. Develop retargeting strategies for event-sourced accounts. Lead multi-channel paid campaigns with a test-and-learn approach. Partner with Marketing Ops for data integrity, attribution, and reporting. Oversee campaign content strategy with Product Marketing. Manage and mentor the demand team. Partner with Product Marketing for campaign alignment. Collaborate with Creative for marketing assets. Work closely with Sales leadership on pipeline targets and ABM strategies.
