Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing 3+ years leading regional programs Proven success in optimizing top-of-funnel performance metrics Experience collaborating with and guiding BDR or SDR teams Deep expertise with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) Deep expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) Strong understanding of ABM, paid media, SEO/SEM, and content-driven demand generation Experience managing agency partners and cross-regional stakeholders Analytical and data-driven with strong skills in ROI optimization Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, and/or technology industries Strong familiarity with North American enterprise buyer journeys Experience in a global marketing organization
Responsibilities:
Develop and own North America demand generation strategy Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns Align with Sales and Rev Ops on target segments and lead goals Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Agency Partners on assets Partner with Product Marketing on persona-driven campaigns Guide SDRs to improve lead follow-up and conversion Analyze funnel performance and develop initiatives for conversion efficiency Define processes for lead handoff and feedback loops Deliver insights and enablement materials to SDRs Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization Conduct A/B testing and channel performance analysis Measure key funnel metrics and provide recommendations Report on performance and ROI Partner with other directors to ensure strategic alignment Share best practices across the global marketing organization
