Own Replicant’s marketing-led pipeline number Define strategy, programs, and budget for predictable growth Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel with clear goals and metrics Partner closely with Sales, BDR, and RevOps leadership Set priorities and coach the team on KPIs and pipeline health Be a player-coach, stepping in to model excellence Partner with Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing teams
