Proven success in enterprise SaaS or technology sales into the fire service, public sector, or emergency management. OR senior-level fire service experience (e.g., Battalion Chief, Deputy Chief, Chief Officer) with demonstrated aptitude for sales, technology adoption, or business development. Hunter mindset with a track record of exceeding annual quotas. Excellent communicator who can engage both technical and executive audiences. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. High degree of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through. Ability to work independently and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Technically curious and able to quickly understand and articulate product value. Willingness to travel within the region as needed (approx. 20–30%). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
