- Serve as the dedicated owner and "Chief of Staff" for MinIO's three most critical global alliances
- Ensure 100% alignment between partners’ roadmaps and MinIO's internal Sales and Marketing engines
- Serve as the central hub between Sales, Marketing, and Product to operationalize top 3 partnerships
- Track every workstream (joint PRs, sales incentives, technical integrations) to meet deadlines and hold stakeholders accountable
- Translate the "Partner Voice" into actionable insights for the MinIO leadership team
- Maintain daily/weekly syncs with key stakeholders at primary partners to identify new "win-win" opportunities
- Act as the "easy button" for the Sales team to navigate partner organizations for deal closure
- Work with Marketing to ensure MinIO's presence in partners' marketplaces and events is premium, updated, and high-converting
- Lead the Quarterly Business Review process for these partnerships, providing data-driven insights
- Prepare MinIO leadership for high-stakes meetings with partner executives
